“ Came into the nest today. cute little spot right by the college cooking some awesome Asian fusion food. Chicken wings were amazing as well as the bulgogi fries. Honestly though don’t sleep on the Pho it’s amazing. ”
“ I wouldn't mind roosting at The Nest again. I stopped in around 1pm to grab a bite and it was dead. To be honest, it was dead around the entire area. I walked in and was kindly greeted. She asked me if I wanted the rice which I politely declined. I was here for one thing and that was the spicy pork Bahn Mi. I waited about 5ish minutes and bam, my full-on sandwich was ready. She even gave me a shooter of ice water and I didn't even ask. I asked if I could sit outside because it was glorious out. She said it was ok but the chained-up seats were telling me otherwise. I opted for a seat next to the fence as it was the least awkward position. However, I was not upset about it at all because the Star Jasmine flowers were in bloom and smelled amazing. I unwrapped my sandwich to see this very colorful inside staring at me on this beautifully toasted hoagie bun. It was a sight. I was excited to bite into it but made sure to grab a shot. That first bite was fantastic. Full of pork, cilantro, carrots, red pepper, and cucumber. The pork was perfect temperature but could have used a little more heat as it was a spicy pork sammich. The sauce was dripping everywhere. I love me a messy sammie. Bite after bite, I was looking forward to the next one. Once it was all done, I was a little sad but then felt the beautiful weather and smelled the smells and I was good again. I enjoyed eating here and the smallish vibes in the concrete jungle. I would be interested in trying something else but probably grab the same thing again. ”
“ Great food, enjoyed the wings, the garlic noodles and the spring rolls. ”
“ I will admit that for this review, I had buzzed goggles on, so take that for what it is. The location is in an old looking house. We ordered the garlic noodles with pork and a beef bulgogi ba Mahi sandwhich. The garlic noodles were coated in garlic, which was great. The pork was tender. I enjoyed the sandwhich. Just a heads up though if you have sensitive teeth, the bread is VERY crispy. ”
“ I've had their bulgogi tots and their spicy pork bahn mi pizza(extra pickled veggies) at 2 separate occasions. Both visits have been pleasant, nice customer service. They seem to know what I want before I ask. And they had outdoor seating that they keep separate and clean for customers. Quality is great for price. I'll be coming back again. ”
“ I tried this place when it first opened and found it fairly forgettable. I tried again today and it seems like they've stepped up their game. The BBQ pork banh mi was delicious (very good pork). I also had the vermicelli with bulgogi steak as well, and it was solid. Finally the wings were well made: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I'd definitely consider coming back next time I'm in the SoFA area ”
“ Had Pho. Beef. Excellent. Great presentation. Good portion size. Wanted spring rolls but didn't have enough room for both. I would definitely return and recommend. ”
“ Cute restaurant. Good food. Pho was good but the noodles needed to cook more. Pho was 20 and boba was good. Service was a little slow. Only one person working from and the kitchen. Pandan waffles were amazing after a long practice. ”
